7D Flores overland tour + 3D Komodo boat trip
We contacted several local tour operators but Doddy of Bintang was very easy to communicate with and offered a good price.
Our tour guide Frits (now running his own tour agency, Komodo Wonderland Tours) and driver Carlos accompanied us on the tour. Carlos didn’t speak much english, but was an excellent driver on the sometimes adventurous roads in Flores. Frits speaks English very well and having grown up in a local tribe (similar to Wae Rebo) knows nearly everything you might want to know about Flores; culture, nature, food, you name it. I should note he’s also excellent at spotting animals, on land as well as in the water.
