Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bintang Komodo Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit is received and a confirmation email is issued.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or USD or as otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice due to fuel costs, park fees, or government regulations.

  • Travel Insurance: We recommend all guests have travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  • Health & Safety: You must inform us of any health conditions or concerns before the tour. Participation is at your own risk.

  • Changes by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or instructions from the Harbour Master.

  • Guest Conduct: We expect respectful and responsible behavior throughout the tour.

Refund policy 

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations by Guest:

  • More than 14 days before tour: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).
  • 2–14 days before tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 2 days: No refund.
  • Cancellations by Bintang Komodo Tours:

  • Full refund or reschedule offered if cancelled due to weather or Harbour Master restrictions.
  • No-shows: No refund for missed tours without prior notice.

Return policy

Since our services are based on experiences (not physical products), a return policy doesn’t apply in the traditional sense. However:

  • If you're unhappy with your tour, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Feedback is important to us, and we aim for all guests to leave with great memories.
