Welcome to Bintang Komodo Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit is received and a confirmation email is issued.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or USD or as otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice due to fuel costs, park fees, or government regulations.
Travel Insurance: We recommend all guests have travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
Health & Safety: You must inform us of any health conditions or concerns before the tour. Participation is at your own risk.
Changes by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or instructions from the Harbour Master.
Guest Conduct: We expect respectful and responsible behavior throughout the tour.
Refund policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations by Guest:
- More than 14 days before tour: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).
- 2–14 days before tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 2 days: No refund.
Cancellations by Bintang Komodo Tours:
- Full refund or reschedule offered if cancelled due to weather or Harbour Master restrictions.
No-shows: No refund for missed tours without prior notice.
Return policy
Since our services are based on experiences (not physical products), a return policy doesn’t apply in the traditional sense. However:
If you're unhappy with your tour, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Feedback is important to us, and we aim for all guests to leave with great memories.
